1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting, browsing, registering, or posting an advertisement on Oltta, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to follow them.

You also agree to the other policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Content Ownership Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any of the policies mentioned above, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Details about changes are explained in Section 18. If you continue using Oltta after updated Terms are posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated version.

2. Eligibility and 18+ requirement

Oltta is strictly an adults-only platform. You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in the country, state, or region where you access it.

If adult content or adult-service advertising is restricted or unlawful where you live, you must not access or use the Platform.

When you first visit Oltta, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older before entering the Platform. If you are under 18, you must leave the site.

This is a self-declaration age check. Oltta does not collect government-issued identity documents, dates of birth, selfies, biometric information, or records from a third-party age-verification service.

By entering the Platform, you confirm that you are legally an adult and are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Providing false information about your age violates these Terms and may also have legal consequences under applicable law.

3. Our role — intermediary and classified-ads host only

Oltta is an online classified-advertising platform. We provide the technology that allows independent users to publish, promote, and browse listings.

We operate as an intermediary and hosting platform within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not the author, publisher, agent, employer, representative, or provider of the services described in user listings.

• We do not provide, perform, arrange, broker, employ, manage, schedule, or supply any service advertised through a listing.
• We do not personally verify, screen, endorse, or guarantee advertisers, visitors, or the accuracy of listings.
• We are not a party to communications, meetings, arrangements, or transactions between users. Any dealings between users are solely between those users.

Content created by our own editorial team belongs to Oltta. Titles, descriptions, photographs, and other material submitted as individual listings are user-generated content. We host that content but do not create it.

4. Your account

Certain features, including posting advertisements, require an Oltta account. When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete and to update it when necessary.

Account registration uses an automated bot-prevention check through Cloudflare Turnstile to help ensure that submissions are made by real people.

• Keep your login details private and secure. Passwords are stored as one-way encrypted hashes and are not available to us in plain text.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
• One person may maintain one account. You must not impersonate another person or use another person's identity, contact information, or photographs.

5. Rules for posting ads

Every listing posted on Oltta must be genuine, lawful, and consistent with these Terms. To keep the Platform useful and reliable, the following posting rules apply:

• Free (Basic) ads are text-only. A Basic ad is free and normally remains active for around 180 days. Visitors will see only its title and description. Photos and public contact details are not displayed on a free listing. An image is still required when the ad is uploaded. Photos and public contact controls are available with paid ads as described in Section 9.
• Use genuine, readable titles. Titles using decorative, fancy, full-width, mathematical, or otherwise unusual Unicode characters are not accepted. Titles with fewer than four genuine letters or titles that appear meaningless may also be rejected. Please use a clear, genuine title in plain text.
• Some categories restrict numbers. In categories where numbers are not allowed, titles and descriptions containing digits will be rejected. Where a category allows numbers, the rules for that category apply.
• Do not post duplicate ads. You cannot create another ad using the same title as one you already have. You also cannot post an ad whose exact title and description combination already appears elsewhere on Oltta. Duplicate submissions are blocked, and the Platform performs a duplicate check while you type.
• Bot protection is required. You must successfully complete the automated Turnstile check before submitting a new advertisement.
• Editing an ad. Once an ad has been created, its title and category cannot be changed through editing. You may update the description, image, and other category-specific fields where available.

You are responsible for everything you post. By submitting an ad, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish its text, images, contact information, and any personal details included in it.

6. Prohibited content

You must not post, promote, transmit, or link to content that:

• involves, depicts, sexualises, or suggests a minor or anyone who is or appears to be under 18, including child sexual abuse material of any kind;
• involves human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, force, deception, non-consensual activity, or content shared without the depicted person's consent;
• contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive material targeting race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or another protected characteristic;
• uses stolen, misleading, or misappropriated images or provides false, deceptive, or fraudulent information;
• violates another person's copyright, trademark, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
• promotes illegal drugs, weapons, money laundering, or other illegal goods, services, or activities; or
• is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, or obscene beyond what applicable law permits, or violates any law that applies to you.

We remove prohibited content when identified. Depending on the circumstances, we may also report it to the appropriate authorities and suspend or permanently terminate the account responsible for it.

7. Reporting and moderation

We use user reports and administrator review to help keep listings appropriate and in line with our rules.

• Anyone can report an ad. Each advertisement includes a "Report this ad" option. When an ad receives a report, it is automatically hidden from public view while it is awaiting review.
• Multiple reported ads can result in suspension. If three or more different ads belonging to the same user are reported, the user's account is automatically suspended and all of their still-visible ads are hidden.
• Reviews are moderated. Reviews submitted by visitors are reviewed by an administrator before publication. Reviews that appear to be advertising or solicitation are rejected. Only approved reviews are displayed publicly.

We may remove or hide content, reject a submission, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe that the content or activity violates these Terms or applicable law. We may take such action with or without prior notice where appropriate.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account and remove its content if the account breaches these Terms, if its advertisements are reported in accordance with Section 7, or if we are required to take action by law.

A suspension may happen automatically through our systems or may be imposed manually by an administrator.

While an account is suspended:

• you cannot publish a new advertisement, regardless of your plan or available coin balance;
• you cannot delete existing advertisements; and
• all of your advertisements are hidden from public listings, search results, and related-ad sections.

A notice explaining the suspension will be shown on your account pages. A suspension is different from a full account block. A blocked account is signed out and cannot log in.

If a suspension is later lifted, advertisements that have not expired will be returned to public view. Ads that expired while the account was suspended will remain hidden.

Terminating an account does not remove obligations that are intended to continue after termination, including the obligations in Sections 10, 11, 16, and 17.

Deleting your content. If your account is active, you may delete your own advertisements at any time. When an ad is deleted, it is permanently removed, including its uploaded image, stored image-size variants, and related records such as category fields, schedules, reviews, and reports.

If you delete your account, all of your advertisements and their photographs are removed along with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. Paid promotions and coins

In addition to the free Basic option, you can use coins (credits) to promote an advertisement. Oltta currently offers two paid promotion levels:

• Top — 20 coins per day for a selected period of 1, 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. A Top advertisement receives a "Top" badge, displays one image, and receives higher placement.
• Top Premium — 30 coins per day for a selected period of 1, 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. A Top Premium advertisement receives a "Top Premium" badge and highlight, displays one image, receives higher placement, and can display Call and WhatsApp contact controls to visitors.

Coins are purchased with real money in fixed packs. When you start a paid promotion, the required number of coins is deducted from your account balance immediately. If there are not enough coins available, the upgrade will not be applied.

Promotions are charged on a daily basis for the number of days selected. Depending on availability, promoted advertisements may be placed into scheduled time slots based on city and category.

Payments are handled by an external payment processor. Oltta does not process or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. When purchasing coins, you are redirected to our external payment hub. We receive only the payment gateway reference and the resulting paid or failed status.

Refunds. Coins and paid boosts are generally non-refundable. An exception may apply if a technical problem on our side prevents a paid advertisement from being displayed as purchased.

There is no automatic refund system. Where an eligible technical issue occurs, any adjustment or refund is handled manually at our discretion.

Paid promotions do not pay for the advertised service. Oltta does not collect, hold, process, or facilitate payments between advertisers and visitors for the services advertised. Any payment or other financial arrangement between users is entirely their responsibility and does not pass through Oltta.

Any prices or rates displayed in an advertisement are entered by the advertiser and are not amounts collected by Oltta. We may change the pricing, features, or available durations of paid promotion plans at any time.

10. Content ownership and licence

You continue to own the text and images that you submit to Oltta. However, when you publish content on the Platform, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, publish, and promote that content on Oltta.

This licence also allows us to use your listing content in related promotional and search-optimisation activities for as long as that content remains on the Platform.

By posting content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. This includes obtaining consent from anyone who is shown or identified in your content where such consent is required.

We may edit, reject, hide, or remove content if it violates these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is false, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.

11. Intellectual property and DMCA

Oltta's name, branding, website design, layout, and original editorial content belong to Oltta and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and respond to valid copyright complaints. Because advertisements are submitted by users, Oltta is not the author or publisher of user-submitted listing content.

If you believe that content on Oltta infringes your copyright, you may send a complaint to [email protected].

Your complaint should include your signature, information identifying the copyrighted work, the exact URL or URLs of the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury.

General complaints about an entire domain or complaints that do not identify the specific infringing URLs are treated as incomplete or invalid.

12. Third-party links and ads

Oltta may contain advertisements, contact links, or references that take you to third-party websites, messaging services, or other content that we do not own or control.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party websites, services, or communications. This includes any WhatsApp, telephone, or Telegram contact information provided by an advertiser.

If you leave Oltta or contact another user outside the Platform, you do so at your own risk. The third party's own terms and policies will apply.

We strongly recommend that you use caution, verify information independently, and make your own enquiries before dealing with another person.

13. No guarantee of listings; dealings at your own risk

Listings on Oltta are submitted by users, not created or verified by us. We do not guarantee that an advertiser, service, image, price, statement, or other information in a listing is genuine, available, lawful, safe, or accurate.

You are responsible for evaluating a listing and making your own enquiries before communicating with another user, making arrangements, attending a meeting, or sending money.

Any interaction, meeting, transaction, disagreement, loss, or harm that occurs between users is solely their responsibility. You choose to communicate and deal with other users at your own risk.

Oltta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely protected against every possible security threat.

14. Age and anti-minor policy

Oltta has zero tolerance for content involving minors. Any content that involves, depicts, or appears to involve a person under 18 is strictly prohibited.

If we become aware of such content, we will remove it and, where required or appropriate, report it and available information to the relevant law-enforcement authorities. The account responsible may also be permanently terminated.

Every user confirms that they are an adult and that every person shown or referred to in their content is an adult.

If you come across content that may involve a minor, please report it immediately using the Platform's reporting tool or by contacting us.

15. Legal compliance

You must use Oltta only for lawful purposes and comply with all laws that apply to you. These may include the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules and regulations, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other relevant central, state, and local laws.

If you access Oltta from outside India, you are also responsible for following the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.

We do not permit unlawful content or conduct and may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities or report serious violations where required or appropriate.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oltta and its operators will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or connected with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• the content, accuracy, legality, or conduct of any user, advertiser, or listing;
• communications, arrangements, meetings, transactions, or disputes between users;
• errors, interruptions, delays, security incidents, or technical failures; or
• third-party websites, services, or payment processors.

You use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oltta, its operators, and its service providers from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from or relate to:

• your use of the Platform;
• content you post;
• your dealings or interactions with other users; or
• your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

This obligation continues even after your account has been suspended, terminated, or closed.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective when the revised Terms are published on this page.

If you continue using Oltta after changes are posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically so that you remain aware of the rules that apply to your use of the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently changed.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or connected with them or your use of Oltta, are governed by the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws.

You agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

20. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you may contact our Grievance Officer if you have a complaint about content on the Platform, a possible breach of these Terms, or the handling of your personal information.

When contacting us, please provide enough information for us to understand and locate the issue. For example, if your complaint concerns an advertisement, providing the exact ad URL will help us review it more quickly.

We will acknowledge grievances within the period required by applicable law and will work to address them within the timeframe prescribed by the relevant rules.

Complaints involving minors, non-consensual material, or other serious harm are treated as a priority. Complaints relating to personal data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
